Who can use Be Sure Odds
You must be at least eighteen years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live, including any rules on betting.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current.
- One person per account. Do not share paid access with others.
Plans and payments
Paid plans unlock the features listed on the membership page for the stated period. Prices are shown before you pay. Access begins once payment is confirmed and runs for the plan period. Refunds are handled under our refunds policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our data outside the developer API terms.
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt to break its security or disrupt other members.
- Do not use Be Sure Odds for anything unlawful where you are.
The service we provide
Be Sure Odds is an information and analysis service offered for entertainment. It is not advice and no outcome is guaranteed, as set out in our disclaimer. We may change, pause or withdraw features, and we aim to give notice of significant changes.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Be Sure Odds is provided as is, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or from betting decisions you make. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
Ending access
