What a plan buys
A plan gives you access to member features for the stated period. It does not buy winning bets. Because no read is a guarantee, a losing bet is not grounds for a refund.
When we refund
- You were charged twice for the same plan, or charged in error.
- A paid feature was unavailable for a sustained period due to a fault on our side.
- You cancel within twenty four hours of a first purchase and have not used paid features.
When we cannot refund
- A plan that has been used for the period, in whole or in part, once the window above has passed.
- Losing bets or dissatisfaction with how a read settled.
- Access removed because these terms were broken.
How to ask
Send a note through our contact page with the email on your account and the date of the charge. We aim to reply within a few working days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method. This policy sits alongside our terms of service.
