Step by step guide

How to use Be Sure Odds, one tap at a time

Twelve short walkthroughs. Each one names the exact page, tab and button, and says what you will see after you tap it. Start with the first three and you will have placed a slip within ten minutes.

Four things to know before you start
  • Codes are made here. Every code on this site starts with BSO and is created by our tools. You cannot paste a Betika or SportPesa code here, and you cannot type our code into a bookmaker.
  • The bookmaker is yours. You place every bet in your own bookmaker account. This site never takes stakes, never holds money and never places bets for you.
  • Nothing is guaranteed. A read rated Steady is a well supported opinion, not a certainty. The Results page shows every win and every loss.
  • Eighteen and over. Bet only with money you are comfortable losing.
1

Create your free account

Time: Two minutes · You need: An email address.
  1. Tap Sign in at the top right of any page. The Membership page opens.
  2. Make sure the Create account tab is selected, then type your name, email, a password of at least six characters, and your phone number if you want it on your account.
  3. Tap Create account. You are signed in and taken to your dashboard.
  4. Your dashboard has a menu on the left: Overview, My slips, Tools, Board, Usage, Billing, Activity, Support and Settings. Tap any of them to open that view.

What you have now. Your own daily allowance: one steady slip, one AI prediction and one bet code, every day, free. You can skip this walkthrough and still use every tool on a smaller shared allowance.

2

Read today’s board

Time: Three minutes · You need: Nothing. The board is open to everyone.
  1. Tap Football in the top menu. Each match is a card.
  2. On a card, read from top to bottom: the league and kickoff time, the two teams, the Model read (the market we lean toward, for example Home to win) and the Price (the decimal odds on that read).
  3. Look at the Risk score. It runs from 0 to 100 and lower means steadier. The Confidence bar under it shows how strongly the signals agree.
  4. Check the badge at the top right of the card. Green is Steady, blue is Balanced, gold is Stretched, red is Volatile. Treat red as a watch, not a play.
  5. On a live fixture, read the small evidence chips: Form shows the last five results as W, D and L, Table shows league positions, Out counts players missing, Rest compares recovery days, Model shows the win percentages. These chips appear once the live data feed is connected.
  6. If a card confuses you, sign in and tap Ask AI on that card. The assistant explains that exact match.

What you have now. You can tell a steady read from a risky one in a few seconds, which is the skill everything else builds on.

3

Get a ready made slip with Steady Slips

Time: One minute · You need: Nothing. Sign in first if you want your own daily allowance.
  1. Tap Tools in the top menu. The Steady Slips tab is already open. If not, tap it.
  2. Narrow by League or Market if you like, or leave both on All.
  3. Under Target odds, tap 2 odds for a cautious slip, 5 or 10 for a balanced one. Higher targets need a paid plan and are marked with a lock.
  4. Read your result. At the top is your code, starting with BSO, with a Copy button. Under it: Legs, Combined odds, Risk and the status Pending settlement, then each leg with its league, kickoff, market and price.
  5. Look at the Stake calculator next to the tool. It already holds your slip’s odds. Type your stake in shillings and read the potential return and profit.
  6. Tap Copy to keep the code. Your last few slips also appear under Recent slips.

What you have now. A slip built from the steadiest reads on today’s board, and a code that reopens it anywhere.

4

Build your own slip with Generate

Time: Two minutes · You need: Nothing.
  1. On the Tools page tap the Generate tab.
  2. Use the day chips (All, or a specific day) and the League box to narrow the list of reads.
  3. Tick the reads you want. The panel on the right updates Legs, Combined odds and Average risk as you tick.
  4. Tap Generate bet code. Your code appears with a Copy button.

What you have now. A code for exactly the matches you chose. It appears under Recent generates so you can copy it again later.

5

Get single picks with Single Bet Codes

Time: One minute · You need: Nothing.
  1. On the Tools page tap the Single tab. The Active sub tab is open.
  2. Choose How many singles you want (3, 5 or 8), and optionally a league or market.
  3. Tap Build singles.
  4. Each single is its own card with a code, a Copy button, the match with its market and price, and its Risk and Confidence.
  5. Tap the Recent wins sub tab to see earlier singles that landed.

What you have now. The steadiest individual reads on the board, one match per code, for people who prefer not to combine legs.

6

Check a code someone sent you with Lookup

Time: Thirty seconds · You need: A code created on this site. They start with BSO.
  1. On the Tools page tap the Lookup tab.
  2. Paste the code into the box and tap Look up, or press Enter.
  3. Read the result: the code, Legs, Combined odds, Risk, the status, and every leg with its market and price. After the matches finish, each leg also shows Won, Lost or Void.
  4. Use the Merge or Optimize buttons at the bottom to send the code straight into those tools.

What you have now. You know exactly what is inside a code before you trust it. Only codes made on this site can be read here. A Betika or SportPesa code pasted here will say it could not be found.

7

Turn several codes into one ticket with Merge

Time: One minute · You need: Two or more codes created on this site, for example your steady slip and a friend’s, or a few singles.
  1. On the Tools page tap the Merge tab.
  2. Paste one code into each box. Tap + Add another code for more boxes, up to eight, or the × to remove one.
  3. Tap Merge codes.
  4. Your new code appears with every selection from every code. A match that appeared in two codes is kept once. A slip carries at most ten legs.

What you have now. One accumulator instead of several separate bets, so you place a single slip at your bookmaker and the odds multiply. Useful for turning singles into one ticket or folding a friend’s code into yours without retyping a match.

8

Reshape a slip with Optimize

Time: One minute · You need: A code created on this site.
  1. On the Tools page tap the Optimize tab.
  2. Paste the code, choose a Target (2, 5, 10, 20 or 50 odds) and tap Optimize.
  3. Read the note under the new code. It says where the slip moved from and to, for example from 13.35 to 5.20 across 3 legs. Above the target the priciest legs are trimmed. Below it the steadiest reads are added.

What you have now. A fresh code at the risk level you actually want, whether a friend’s slip was too wild or too tame.

9

Place the slip at your bookmaker

Time: Two minutes · You need: A code created on this site and your own bookmaker account.
  1. Open your slip on this site, on the tool result or by pasting the code into Lookup. Each leg names the match and the market, for example Arsenal vs Brighton, Home to win.
  2. Open your bookmaker app or site and sign in to your own account. Search the first match by team name.
  3. Open the match and find the market named on your slip. Home to win sits in the main 1X2 market, where 1 is home, X is draw and 2 is away. Over 2.5 goals sits under Total goals or Over and Under. Both teams to score, Draw no bet and Double chance have their own sections.
  4. Tap the pick. It lands on your betslip. Repeat for every leg on the slip.
  5. Compare the bookmaker’s combined odds with the slip on our site. Small differences are normal because prices move. If a price has moved a long way against you, drop that leg.
  6. Enter your stake, check the payout, and place the bet. Keep our code, it is how you track the slip.

What you have now. A real bet at your bookmaker, built from our slip. Our code never loads at a bookmaker, so you always tick the selections yourself, which takes about a minute for a small slip.

10

Track your slip and check our record

Time: One minute, after the matches · You need: Your code, or an account with saved slips.
  1. After the matches finish, open Tools, tap Lookup, paste your code and tap Look up. Every leg now shows Won, Lost or Void and the slip shows its final status.
  2. If you are signed in, open your dashboard and tap My slips. Every code you saved is there with its status, no pasting needed. On the Overview view, today’s slips carry a Save slip button so you can keep them with one tap, and My slips has a box to save any code by pasting it.
  3. Tap Results in the top menu to see the public record: every pick and slip the site put forward, its rating before kickoff, and the outcome. Losses stay on the page.

What you have now. You can hold the site to account. A postponed or abandoned match is marked Void, never won or lost, and a slip settles on its remaining legs. Settlement runs automatically once the live data feed is connected.

11

Ask the assistant

Time: One minute · You need: A signed in account. Free accounts get one question a day.
  1. Tap Assistant in the top menu.
  2. Tap one of the starter chips, for example Build me a 5 odds slip, or type your own question in the box and tap Send. Guests see a Sign in required message first.
  3. Read the answer. It comes from the same board and scoring the site runs on, so it can name the steadiest read, explain a match, or build a slip and hand you the code.

What you have now. A plain language way in for anyone who would rather ask than browse.

12

Upgrade, billing and support

Time: Two minutes · You need: A signed in account.
  1. Tap Membership in the top menu. Each plan card lists exactly what it carries: steady slips per day, AI predictions per day, bet codes per day, the highest odds target, chat rooms and the VIP shortlist.
  2. Tap the button on the plan you want and follow the checkout. Your dashboard Billing view then shows your plan, its renewal date and your payments.
  3. Stuck on anything? Open your dashboard, tap Support, type a subject and your message, and tap Open ticket. The admin replies in the same thread under Your tickets.

What you have now. Higher daily limits, higher odds targets, more assistant questions and the match chat rooms, plus a direct line to a human when you need one.

Understanding the numbers

Odds and stakes in shillings

Your return is your stake times the odds. Your profit is the return minus the stake. Here is KES 100 at common prices, with the chance the price implies.

OddsReturn on KES 100ProfitImplied chance
1.50KES 150KES 50about 67%
2.00KES 200KES 100about 50%
5.00KES 500KES 400about 20%
10.00KES 1,000KES 900about 10%
50.00KES 5,000KES 4,900about 2%

A 50 odds slip paying KES 5,000 carries roughly a 2% chance, so it should lose about 49 times in 50. That is why real money belongs on 2 to 5 odds slips and only small fun stakes on 20 odds and above. When legs are combined the odds multiply and every added leg lowers the chance. The stake calculator on the Tools page does this arithmetic live.

The four risk tiers

Steady 0 to 32

Signals agree and the range of outcomes looks narrow.

Balanced 33 to 58

A reasonable lean with a fair amount still in play.

Stretched 59 to 78

Signals pull in different directions. Tread with care.

Volatile 79 to 100

Wide open. Best treated as a watch rather than a play.

The score blends six signals: form, market agreement, injuries, venue and table position, rest and volatility. The How it works page shows the weights.

Managing your money

  1. Use units. Split your monthly betting budget into at least twenty units and stake one unit per slip. A KES 2,000 budget means KES 100 slips.
  2. Match the stake to the odds. Full units on 2 to 5 odds, half units or less on 10 to 20, loose change only on 50 and 100.
  3. Never chase. After a loss the next slip is one unit, same as always, or no slip at all.
  4. Keep score. Your saved slips on the dashboard do this for you. A negative month means smaller stakes or a break, never bigger stakes.
  5. Know when to stop. If betting stops being fun, if you hide it, or if losing changes your mood, step away and talk to someone. GamblingTherapy and GambleAware are free and confidential. Our responsible play page has more.

Glossary

Bet code

A short reference such as BSO7K2Q4M that stores a whole slip on this site. Every code here is created by our tools and starts with BSO.

Slip and leg

A slip is a set of selections placed together. Each selection is a leg. All legs must win for the slip to win.

Market

The type of bet on a match, for example Home to win, Over 2.5 goals or Draw no bet.

Odds, stake, return

Odds are the price. Return is stake times odds. Profit is the return minus the stake.

Implied probability

What the price says about the chance: 100 divided by the odds. So 2.00 odds implies about 50%.

Risk score

Our 0 to 100 rating of how steady a read looks. Lower is steadier. An opinion backed by evidence, never a promise.

Settled

Marked won, lost or void from the final score. Codes on this site settle automatically once the live feed is connected.

Steady slip

A ready made slip our tools build to a target odds using the steadiest reads on the board.

Questions first timers ask

Can I paste my Betika or SportPesa code here?

No. Our tools read only codes created on this site, which start with BSO. Kenyan bookmakers give outside sites no connection to their codes, in either direction, so a bookmaker code pasted here will say it could not be found. Build your slip here, then add the same selections at your bookmaker.

Can I type your code into Betika or SportPesa?

No, for the same reason. Our code opens on this site. At your bookmaker you add the same selections yourself, which takes about a minute for a small slip.

Do I have to pay to try the site?

No. The board, every tool and the results record are open to everyone on a small shared daily allowance. A free account gets its own: one steady slip, one AI prediction and one bet code a day. Paid plans raise those limits and open the higher odds targets.

What do the colours on the cards mean?

Green is Steady (risk 0 to 32), blue is Balanced (33 to 58), gold is Stretched (59 to 78) and red is Volatile (79 to 100). Lower risk means the six signals agree more. The How it works page shows the whole formula.

When does the board refresh and when do codes settle?

With the live data feed connected, the board covers matches kicking off today, Kenyan time, and refreshes through the day. Codes settle automatically once their matches finish. Until the feed is connected the site shows a clearly labelled sample board and codes built from it do not settle.

What happens if a match in my slip is postponed?

Your bookmaker settles your real bet under its own rules, which usually treat a postponed match as void so that leg drops out. Our record does the same: a postponed, abandoned or cancelled match is marked Void and the slip settles on its remaining legs.

Are the predictions guaranteed?

No, and anyone promising guaranteed wins is misleading you. A Steady read still loses sometimes. The Results page shows the honest hit rate, losses included. Stake only what you can afford to lose.

Does my betting money pass through this site?

Never. Plans are paid on the Membership page. Stakes and winnings stay entirely between you and your bookmaker.

Ready to try it?

Do walkthroughs three and nine: build a 2 odds steady slip and place it with KES 100. One small run teaches you the whole site.
